Healthy Meals and Snacks (included in the fees)

Our nutritionally balanced menus ensure our children are raring to go every day! We serve a delicious and nutritious 4 week rolling menu. Our wholesome and nourishing menus are specially designed to give your little one the very best start in life. Whenever possible to source all our food locally and organically, including seasonal vegetables and fruit into our menus. We aim to make this possible by supplying our children with home cooked, nutritional food, bursting with fresh fruit and vegetables and all the essential ingredients necessary for healthy physical and mental development.

We believe that meal-times should be a happy, relaxed time where children learn social skills, manners, good hygiene practise and healthy eating habits to last them a lifetime.

We have a rolling menu currently, this menu style ensures that all children receive a varied balance of meals whilst in our care. Our meal choices are based around a variety of red meat, white meat, vegetarian and fish dishes.

Vegetarian options are always attainable.

 Fresh fruit and water are offered/available at all times throughout the day.

Dietary Requirements

Innovation is key to our success within the nursery kitchen.  Our menus are changed on a 4 week rolling rota, in line with the availability of seasonal produce and our nursery’s needs.  Above all, we have a flexible approach and are happy to cater for a whole range of dietary requirements including:

  • Dairy Free
  • Gluten Free
  • Weaning Foods

We ask our parents and children to inform us of changes that could be made to the menus and take all suggestions and requirements on board. All meals are cooked on site each day using fresh ingredients and wherever possible we use organic produce.

Special dietary/medical/religious or cultural requirements are catered for, tasting sessions are encouraged and above all food is fun as we encourage all children to share in the joy of fresh, tasty food eaten with friends in a relaxed social setting!

Our qualified and experienced on site Nursery Chefs have created menus following consultation with nutritionists, carefully planned to encompass a healthy and well balanced diet encouraging children to taste and enjoy a variety of mouth watering meals.
